Job Description:
This is a diverse business-facing role taking a strong administrative lead across our fast-evolving use of Salesforce platform.

You will be supporting the team by managing and maintaining our current sales processes from importing/exporting leads from different data sourcing software to managing our continued buildout of Salesforce to consistently improve our communications with our prospects and leads.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage database of our leads in Sharepoint and Salesforce
  • Ensure data quality and integrity
  • Create and maintain processes from managing list of prospects to communication via campaigns
  • Salesforce:
    • Manage users (add/remove/update)
    • Importing and exporting data
    • Creating and managing Cadences
    • Creating custom fields, editing page layouts
    • Creating dashboards and reports
    • Creating views
  • Manage our continued buildout of Salesforce
  • Document processes and record screen-sharing tutorial videos
  • The go-to person for users (listening and documenting pain points/solution, troubleshooting when the error is configurable)
  • Manage our sales process
  • Source data from our data sourcing software
  • Skip trace data
  • Manage data through our different outreach software from Texting to Cold Calling to Sending Mailers to Emailing Prospects

Requirements:

  • 2+ years Salesforce operational experience
  • Must be tech-savvy, analytical and data-driven
  • Salesforce data administration/management skills
  • Expertise in Salesforce for handling various business-related issues
  • Proficiency in interacting with people at all levels of the company
  • Effectively analyze data accumulated from multiple sources
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to solve the business- and process-related problems of the company (related to resolving issues in Salesforce setup and customization)
  • Maintain consistency of the workflow and confidentiality of the business for the company
  • Can do advanced formulas in MS Excel for data manipulation and analytics
  • System design and integration experience
  • Can create process automations like process builders, flow, validation rule, permission sets, triggers etc
  • Can troubleshoot error
  • Can manage data imports and data cleanup
  • An eagerness to own and improve our sales process

Familiar in the following: Left Main, smrtPhone, Lead Sherpa, Loom, Power Automate
